The Cannoli is a staple at any Italian table. The recipe for the cream dates back almost 40 years and is still made with Ricotta cheese and chocolate chips. The Cannoli shells are still made from scratch on the premises as well. Each order of a dozen comes with 12 large shells and the Cannoli cream is packaged sepaerately in a plastic container. This is done to ensure freshness and a crisp shell. Also, the order is shipped with a non-toxic refrigerant pack. All you need is a spoon to fill them whenever you like.
