All orders purchased online through www.dipaolobrosbakery.com are shipped only through UPS or FedEX (customer preference) to guarantee the freshness and quality of the product. There is a $15 minimum for all orders.
All orders placed through the DiPaolo Bros. Bakery website will be prepared, packaged and shipped within 3 business days, except on Saturday and Sunday. Those orders will be shipped on the following Monday. It is your choice to ship either next day of 2nd day through either FedEX or UPS. We gaurantee the quality of our products regardless of which shipping option you choose. Please keep these shipping constraints in mind when placing orders to be delivered by specific dates.

Return Policy:
DiPaolo Bros. Bakery is very proud of the products they offer to their customers and backs each purchase with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not satisfied, DiPaolo Bros. Bakery will ship free of charge the same product (no substitutions of items allowed) to the same location. No refunds will be issued and DiPaolo Bros. Bakery reserves the right to deny the exchange if they feel the customer is requesting an exchange not in good faith, i.e. repeatedly requesting exchanges when they are satisfied.

Bakery keeping in contact with its valued customers.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our services available to business partners, we will not share with them any of our customer information.
